Our cleaning and reconditioning processes meet FDA requirements for food-contact surfaces. IBC tanks cleaned at our facility are approved for reuse with food-grade products including oils, syrups, juices, and other consumables.

Our reconditioning processes comply with Department of Transportation requirements for the transport of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in intermediate bulk containers. Every reconditioned tank carries proper DOT markings.

We are registered as an authorized waste handler under EPA guidelines. Our facility maintains proper permits for the collection, storage, and processing of used industrial containers, including those that previously held regulated substances.

Reconditioned IBC tanks that pass our highest-tier inspection receive updated UN performance ratings, certifying them for international shipping of regulated liquids.

Our facility operates in full compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards. All employees receive ongoing training in chemical handling, forklift operation, and PPE requirements.

While pursuing formal ISO 9001 certification, our quality management system already follows the framework's principles: documented procedures, regular audits, continuous improvement cycles, and full traceability from intake to sale.
